Rise to the occasion: Proceeds benefiting Family Promise

April 07, 2020

As we Shelter in Place safely at home, there are many families experiencing the risk of homelessness in the midst of this pandemic.

Like many small businesses and artisan based brands, this pandemic poses a major challenge in our sustainability but also brings light to a more important challenge- how can we better take care of one another.

When self doubt came in of "we're not big enough to help" or "what can little ol' me do for problems so big?" - I reminded myself, if our dresses can make a difference even in one person's life, then it is worth a try.

We’re offering 50% off with code RISE and donating the proceeds to Family Promise organization.

Family Promise helps families experiencing homelessness and low income families achieve sustainable independence through a community based response.

If you don't want to purchase a dress, I hope you consider donating to them directly.

About the sale & donation:

This sale is valid through May 31, 2020 for our chain stitched, and block print dresses only. Use code: RISE

Donations will processed in June and an update will be posted on this blog.

With gratitude,

Charmie

I've only known her for a few years - but I feel like I've know her for lifetimes. She's a true inspiration for creativity and compassion and I was honored to see her embody her inner Goddess in our Woodstock Caftan!
